Secure Document Portal

We offer our clients a secure document portal to collect and share tax information. No waiting for the postal service to deliver your paper forms.

Our office is notified when new documents have arrived into the client's portal account. A great time saver and secure, too. Though clients are not required to use this portal for the safe handling of sensitive documentation, we encourage the use of our Intuit "ProConnect-Link" service.

The next safest way to get your sensitive documents to us is by US mail, to our Post office box, mail from which is retrieved daily. Please do not mail documents to our business office location since the mailbox is not secured. However, Fedex or UPS will come into our office to obtain a signature for delivery, which is certainly safe. Faxing is another option. Please do not attach or send sensitve material or text via email unless you are using an encryption email service.
